How Does FIRA Generate Revenue?
Short answer is: Crypto Trading, Exchange Based Referral Fees & Capital Investments
Crypto Trading
Profits earned via trading will be subject to a 10% performance fee. After this is deducted, a percentage of profits are distributed to the member reward pool and the remainder is sent to the Treasury.
The Treasury will be used to invest in other assets as voted on by the DAO. These investments will add to the earning potential of FIRA and will benefit those with a longterm mindset.
The Treasury will also be used as an insurance fund to help cover any periods of trading losses.
Exchange Based Trading Volume & Referral Fees
FIRA is set up so that the our crypto trading volume generates significant volume based referral rewards.
Additionally, all members are required to sign up to level.finance using the FIRA referral link and are encouraged to use Level.Finance for any swaps or trading, further contributing to referral rewards pool.
A 10% management fee will be deducted from referral rewards, after this is deducted, 50% of referral rewards are distributed to the member reward pool and 50% are sent to the Treasury.
Capital Investments
Development Taxes & Treasury funds will be used to further enhance the earning potential of FIRA and over time will provide a constant stream of passive income for the protocol and its investors.
